Baked Salmon with Mashed Potato & Carrots
Tender baked salmon served with creamy mashed potato and steamed baby carrots. Rich in omega-3 for brain development.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place salmon on a lined baking tray, bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.

Meanwhile, peel and boil the potato until soft (about 15 minutes). Mash with butter and milk.

Steam baby carrots for 5–6 minutes until tender.

Flake the salmon (check carefully for bones) and serve alongside mash and carrots.
